Return Policy

At Silly Socks Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene Products: Any socks or accessories that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at cs@sillysocksclub.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your items.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at cs@sillysocksclub.com for assistance.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund of Original Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
